Ready for new challenges, he is eager to dive back into hands-on work. His addition marks a significant milestone in our mission to streamline IT operations for SMBs. In just two months, Samuel has already made a tremendous impact. We are thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the exciting developments ahead!
In my 17 years of career, I’ve had the opportunity to discover very different types of work environments, most recently contributing to scaling Swile from a small startup in the south of France to a global unicorn with employees in France and Brazil. If there’s one thing that always struck me, it’s the time and energy wasted in IT management, whatever the size, maturity, or industry. I have seen it all: from those not having their computer ready on their first day at the job, to those waiting up to a week to get their SaaS accesses, to those still having access to sensitive internal documents despite leaving a company, sometimes following a serious misconduct. Then Jonathan (Headline), one of Swile's earliest backer, introduced me to Martin & Antoine, the two co-founders of Primo, who shared their vision with me. I immediately recognized myself in their persona of "accidental IT Manager". A few months went by before I met with the Primo team again, and their vision had become a reality. By now, Primo was a fully-fledged platform, skillfully developed by a team of 4 brilliant full-stack craftsmen: Lionel, Valentin, Anthony & Vincent. I was blown by the speed & quality of execution. I was hooked. I had to join. I have the immense pleasure of officially announcing that I've joined the Primo team as CTO and co-founder. I’m thrilled to be part of this adventure, and to keep using the best of technology and human craftsmanship to create a better work environment for employees all over the world, and shape up the future of IT management for SMBs.
