👏👏 Last week, Quobly had the pleasure of welcoming the five esteemed members of our Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) to #GrenobleAlpes. We were thrilled to host their presentations and to share our current projects with them. ⚛️ The meeting was a remarkable convergence of global expertise in quantum computing, enriching our collective understanding and advancing our #goals. 📣 Key takeaways from our SAB members included: 1. #Community Strength: Quobly benefits from a close-knit scientific community. With the support of partners CEA-Leti and Institut Néel CNRS, we are poised to accelerate progress across multiple technological fronts. 2. Technological #Leadership: our team is at the cutting edge of silicon spin qubit technologies, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in quantum computing. 3. #Industrial-grade technology: not only are we committed to leveraging existing CMOS technologies to design cost-effective and excellent qubits, but we will be moving to our new facilities in fall 2024 to establish a full test and characterization lab to assemble our prototypes on an industrial level. Quobly CEO, Maud Vinet, in front of a packed conference room at Economist Impact #Commercialising #Quantum Event, illustrating the constraints of quantum error correction (#QEC) with current quantum control electronics. ⌛ No matter how you split it, getting your feedback right with #qubits over long distances (which translates into latency or time) is tricky! 💡 We at Quobly believe that when using existing #CMOS technologies we can exploit the true potential of #semiconductor spin qubits for full fault-tolerant quantum computing. Indeed they offer the unique advantage of allowing for control electronics to sit on the same chip as the qubits.
