    Today marks an unprecedented moment as we finally launch the Decathlon Yulex100 - the world’s first-ever wetsuit made using 100% certified natural rubber. This is a major breakthrough because it emits 80% less CO2 compared with neoprene foam. Years of in-house development, alongside Yulex LLC, went into cracking the code to create this first-of-its-kind innovative wetsuit. We’ve started with our junior wetsuit because it accounted for the largest quantity of wetsuit sales in 2023, but this is just the beginning… We’re dreaming of a neoprene-free future. Bit by bit, we want to reduce the use of neoprene from as many of our watersports products as possible, as quickly as possible. We're committed to reducing our impact on the planet through our innovative, high-quality products and the Yulex100 is a major step forward for us in our conception of wetsuits. The YULEX 100, designed exclusively for water sports, is crafted from 100% natural rubber. This material drastically reduces CO2 emissions by 82% compared to traditional foam. And the benefits don't stop there; the rubber we use is ethically sourced from certified forests, emphasizing our deep commitment to sustainability.
