    2014 Successfully led, coordinated and delivered the complex, multi-phase global launch of an integrated Western blotting system. The campaign was delivered under intense time pressure (8 weeks from start to go live) and involved extensive digital and social media. Results exceeded all targeted metrics including sales leads.

    2013 Created solutions for protein analytics in a new market for GEHC; drug development and QC.

    -Researched the market for opportunities and negotiated in-licensing deal with Novex for R&D Systems to be their European distributor. Novex was subsequently acquired by Invitrogen and still remains a market leading electrophoresis product.
    -Researched the market for opportunities and negotiated in-licensing deal with Cayman Chemicals to OEM ELISAs to complement the in-house cytokine range.
    -Responsible for attracting, developing and maintaining a team of 15 staff to deliver marketing campaigns worth $1.5m.
