Passionate about Human Resources and people, I decided to take a gap year in 2021 to discover different HR expertises and had the opportunity to do two 6-month internships: The first one in Product Training & Digital Projects at Hermès and the second in Talent Acquisition & HR Projects at L’Oréal.

After a 6-month exchange semester at TEC de Monterrey (Guadalajara, Mexico), I worked on a consulting project with L’Oréal in alignment with my HR Master’s degree at IESEG School of Management.

Following my end-of-studies internship at L’Oréal as a HR Generalist, I joined my former gap-year internship team as a Talent Acquisition Manager in charge of the recruitment of Data interns, apprentices, conversion into 1st jobs & Campus Manager for engineering schools.
