I've been in the music industry for the exciting past twenty years, from navigating the early days of digital to becoming an expert in publishing.

Buying and distributing content in a fragmented industry requires dealing with a high level of complexity: I am passionate about untangling this complexity, scaling operations, gathering around a vision, and bridging internal teams or market players that evolve in different worlds (engineering, finance, legal, commercial, operations, regulation, etc.).

I must add that being a happy mom of two and a painter also feeds my everyday energy.
