- ensure consistency between the project and the program in terms of planning, costs and scope
- cooperate transversaly with other program streams as needed
- escalate fact-based risks and possible mitigations to program management when required

Manage financials and timeline of the project and keep procurement process under control:
Build financials for project execution phase and operations (w/ support of the SO)
Monitor project spending and escalate deviations as soon as anticipated to relevant stakeholders

Organize the project
Build the team and communicate to stakeholders
Involve quality and cybersecurity to comply with Sanofi regulatory and cybersecurity requirements
Define contributions with Business, SMEs, IT contributors and Operations (run)

- Lead transversally the Headcount manager Community to harmonize and simplify the different processes among R&D Operations.
- Participate to the ongoing full reshaping of the R&D Portfolio management Tools (target delivery 2021) as representative for OPCM CSO Time tracking and Leader of the Resource Management Workstream
- Assess and extend usage of Digital Tools among the team (Office 365 mainly), propose new WoW

Achievements:
- Review the team organization to streamline activities and ensure each Tool Expert has visibility and understanding over all processes s/he acts in.
- Improve the communication between the team and their different stakeholders.
- Design and manage CSO OPCM SharePoint, user training and support.

Operational Planning : customization & update of clinical trials (around 10 studies in charge on 4 projects) using Planisware 5 (OPX2):
- Involvement in the Clinical Trial Team Meetings, project reviews and decisional processes
- Gathering of information among operational actors

- Technical support and formations to OPX2 users (around 15 team members)
- Creation of named formulas and styles
- Management of interfaces with other CTMS (like IMPACT, Data Repository...)
- Impact analysis regarding generic modifications or tool upgrades
- reporting creation (ad hoc and centralized)

Internship within the clinical study planning team:
- Implementation of QCs on OPX2 Pro (Named Formulas and styles)
- Creation of formation trainings and presentation to the team (France, Japan, USA)
