    Inscrit dans le champ de la gouvernance des SI, cette étude de cas propose aux étudiants de développer leurs compétences techniques, stratégiques et organisationnelles concernant le choix d'une solution SI. Placé au cœur d'une entreprise multinationale, le Groupe Sodax, l'étudiant devra se tourner vers l'outil SI qui lui semble approprié et convaincre le comité directeur de suivre sa décision. Pour cela, il devra identifier des critères de choix pertinents, analyser les jeux de pouvoir à l'œuvre au sein de la direction et proposer une argumentation qui en tienne compte.
