J’ai eu l’occasion de participer à un mariage à Alexandrie Égypte , un fête de la « circoncision » en Afrique équatoriale et d’autres manifestations qui m’ont permis de mieux comprendre les différences et les rapprochements entre les peuples.

Pour un français gastronome et épicurien, l’échange au travers des spécialités gastronomiques locales , découvrir l’origine des recettes permet de mieux comprendre le pays et partager de bons moments festifs .

Que faites-vous si vous souhaitez insuffler la culture locale dans vos expériences de voyage et de tourisme ?
Se familiariser avec le us et coutumes du pays à visiter. Porter de l’intérêt pour les autres . J’ai appris lors de la dernière « Europa Tour » d’un haut dirigeant d’un constructeur automobiles Japonais que le fait de « roter » en fin de repas était un signe de profond remerciement. Cela surprend la première fois en plein restaurant gastronomique à Bordeaux. Échanger quelque mot dans la langue du pays visiter permet de rompre la « glace » et de s’intégrer. Le maître mot intégration , ne pas oublier que vous êtes un étranger , rester humble .
