MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Be a strong sparring partner for the finance central team and work closely with the Marketing team
• Assist the marketing team in planning and monitoring the monthly and annual budget, scheduling reviews during the financial calendar;
• Prepare regular forecasts as well as weekly and monthly reports;
• Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for marketing.
• Propose data visualization in the form of reports and dashboards for different stakeholders at management level (e.g. top countries, T&E expenses);
• Support in the preparation of business cases for innovation projects;
• Support the closing activities of overheads controlling (e.g. Booking of provisions, validation of x-charges, etc.);

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

You are finalizing your master’s degree in finance in a university or business school (preferably last year – Master 2)

Previous experience (of at least 6 months) in business controlling or Finance is appreciated
