That is why we are looking for a Communications Specialist in Grand-Quevilly to help us create value for our customers and society.

As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for external and internal communications to ensure excellent and clear communication within and about our site in Grand-Quevilly. With your expertise, you will help us position our new brand, the company it represents and the site's ambitions with our stakeholders. You will support the site's management team in guiding and implementing communications for both internal and external information flows.

Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Consulting - Deliver first-hand consultation and support to all internal stakeholders (e.g. leadership teams, employees), including crisis communication
• Media relations - Be the first point of contact for all media
• Planning - Plan and implement communication activities in close cooperation with relevant departments and using existing internal and external channels and tools
• Events - Support the organisation of local events and create engagement internally and awareness externally
• Brand - Support brand positioning, management and ensure brand consistency in close cooperation with other departments
• Budget - Define, implement and control local Communication budget efficiently
• Writing - Copywriting texts and messages, target-group specific
• Cooperation - Alignment with Communication Specialists in other regions (Austria, , France) on joint campaigns
  
  

What makes you the perfect fit: Skills & Experience

• Bachelor or Master degree in Communications, Communications Sciences or equivalent
• Preferably minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Communications/PR
• Mastery of English at business level
• Writing and editing skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively, with “can-do” attitude
• Experience in working in an international organisation is a plus

Based in Grand-Quevilly, France, this position reports to the Head of Communications and works closely with the site manager.

En tant que spécialiste Communication, vous serez responsable des communications externes et internes afin d'assurer une communication excellente et claire au sein et à propos de notre site de Grand-Quevilly. Grâce à votre expertise, vous nous aiderez à positionner notre nouvelle marque employeur, l'entreprise et les ambitions du site auprès de nos parties prenantes. Vous épaulerez l'équipe de Direction du site dans l'orientation et la mise en œuvre des communications pour les flux d'informations internes et externes.

Vos principales tâches et responsabilités

• Conseil : fournir une consultation et un soutien de première main à toutes les parties prenantes internes (par exemple, les équipes de direction, les employés), y compris la communication de crise.
• Relations avec les médias - Être le premier point de contact pour tous les medias.
• Planification - Planifier et mettre en œuvre des activités de communication en étroite coopération avec les départements concernés et en utilisant les canaux et outils internes et externes existants.
• Événements - Soutenir l'organisation d'événements locaux et créer un engagement en interne et une sensibilisation en externe.
• Marque - Soutenir le positionnement et la gestion de la marque et assurer la cohérence de la marque en étroite coopération avec les autres départements.
• Budget - Définir, mettre en œuvre et contrôler efficacement le budget de communication local.
• Rédaction - Rédaction de textes et de messages, spécifiques au groupe cible.
• Coopération - Alignement avec des spécialistes de la communication d'autres régions (Autriche, France) sur des campagnes conjointes.
  
  

Compétences et expérience

• Baccalauréat ou Master en communication, sciences de la communication ou equivalent.
• De préférence, au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en communication/RP.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais au niveau des affaires.
• Compétences en rédaction et en edition.
• Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et proactive, avec une attitude positive.
• Une expérience de travail dans une organisation internationale est un plus.
  
  

Localisation

Basé à Grand-Quevilly, France, ce poste relève du responsable de la communication et travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur de site.
