Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive-level recruitment in house as well as experience in working closely with Exco members on succession planning.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier executive talent for our organization. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to challenge and collaborate effectively with executive hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with the Talent management team to map the succession plans for the Executive Committee (ExCo) and their critical N-1 positions. Ensure that we have a pipeline for those roles and have mapped the external and internal talent market.
  • In collaboration with the Talent Management team, ensure that the job descriptions and the Fit to profile (competencies) are kept up to date for the roles.
  • Conduct comprehensive searches to identify and engage with top-tier executive candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of executive talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with executive hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand organizational goals, culture, and specific executive requirements.
  • Challenge and advise hiring managers on best practices, market trends, and effective executive recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a strategic partner in the development of Strategic Workforce Plans and partner with regional and country leaders, as required, to advise on recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including competency-based interviews, to evaluate executive candidates against organizational needs.
  • Provide insightful feedback and recommendations to hiring managers, guiding them in the selection of top executive talent.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand talent availability, compensation trends, and emerging leadership profiles. Attend relevant events to build insights and connections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive candidates, acting as a brand ambassador for the organization.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for executives, including induction meetings, follow-up calls, compensation alignment, coordination with Executive Assistants and offer process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executive-level recruitment, with a track record of successfully placing high-caliber executives.
  • Knowledge and experience of executive search methodologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic workforce management experience: 9-box assessment grids, Strategic workforce planning, talent risk management, and executive assessment methodologies.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing tools, recruitment platforms and ATS systems.
  • Assessment certification would be a plus (Belbin, LPI360, Hogan, Korn Ferry, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications are a plus).
  • Fluent in English
