Full arterial multivessel MICS-CABGs are the mainstream procedure in our hospital for three vessels disease with a mean number of 4- 5 distal anastomoses. For the majority of patients we perform an endoscopic LIMA harvesting and an endoscopic radial artery harvesting using the Vasoview. We feel very comfortable with the Fehling retractor for our exposure of our minithoracotomy. When the operation is scheduled on pump, we opt for a percutaneous peripheral cannulation using 2 ProGlides. Many thanks to our excellent multidisciplinary team and to our nurses for the support!!!
