Ideal Profile
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
Expertise in logistics software, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
Minimum of 3 years experience in freight brokerage, knowledgeable about FTL and LTL shipments.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of freight broker regulations and laws.
Experience with cold storage or refrigerated logistics is beneficial.
