Theopista Fokukora is a PhD candidate at the Department of Population, Family and Reproductive Health, School of Public Health, University of Ghana. She is a recipient of the WHO HRP Alliance scholarships. Her doctoral research focused on improving access and use of emergency contraception among adolescents in the Tooro Sub-Region of Uganda: The effect of the Reproductive Health Education Intervention (RHEI). Currently, Theopista is a lecturer at Cavendish Uganda, and the founder of Adolecentric Global, an organisation which empowers vulnerable and street teens with possibilities of the map of meaning of their future.
