What would you like to happen?

As part of Beam I/O Standards,

We need for a general standardised approach to Error handling (DLQ, retries etc) to be designed and implemented. There are error handling implementations specific to particular I/Os but each have very different approaches.

Issue Priority

Priority: 2 (default / most feature requests should be filed as P2)
