I can't pull image after update Docker Desktop to 4.25.0 (126437) #13779
Comments
UPDATE: downgrade to 4.24.2 solved this issue. ——— Same problem for me (but FOR MAC): ERROR: failed to solve: alpine:3.17: failed to copy: httpReadSeeker: failed open: failed to do request: Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/library/alpine/manifests/sha256:c2de3865269b18955547b10d00ce65711d5b6e3bcafd79900988c4942530f0d9": proxyconnect tcp: dial tcp: lookup http.docker.internal on 192.168.65.7:53: read udp 192.168.65.6:61961->192.168.65.7:53: read: connection refused docker infoClient: Server: Diagnostics IDA9ED3957-3752-419C-96C3-34F8EFB2E41D/20231105064234 |
and for me too |
This seems to be the same issue as in docker/for-mac#7045, where the error manifests when the swap is set to zero. As a workaround, we suggest updating the swap size to a non-zero value. We also have a development build with a fix for the swap issue: Docker Desktop Installer.exe |
I can confirm solution provided by @MihaelaStoica fixed the problem at least for me. |
Cool! It works. You saved my day. |
I have the same issue. I'm connected to the internet via VPN (company network). @MihaelaStoica Thanks for the workaround. |
We've released a new version of Docker Desktop containing a fix for this issue, you can see the release notes! I'll close this issue for now, but if the issue persists, feel free to open a new issue! |
Description
After the update, the DNS seems broken. I can't ping in the container. The DNS resolving failed.
I uninstalled the Docker Desktop completely and reinstalled it.
And now, I can't pull images.
