This PR changes the hashing of Kubernetes objects from
hashstructuretospewandfnv, fixes #444The new hashing is similar to Kubernetes controller utils.
Impact to the current users: due to this change, after upgrading Flagger, all canaries will be triggered as the hash value is computed differently.
