This app and company continue to be horrid. Underestimates getting to you time. The app applies coupons to your order then fails with a "coupon cannot be applied" message. But you are unable to remove the coupon because it is auto applied. Calling customer service is a fiasco because the automated system cancels you out saying you have entered the wrong information. It doesn't matter how many times you try. It's almost as if it's the default behavior to save money on customer service reps!

Worst service ever. For transport, their drivers are rude. Most ignore pickup points and send you a picture where they are to fund them. Food, everytime the estimated time you see before you place order is often doubled right after submitting. No way to contact support to cancel it. Mart, a lot of products are out of stock and you remain stuck with items you added to the product you wanted, but items you would not have bought without that item. Not enough room here to say it all.

Terrible. Poor customer service when it comes to cashless payment. They are ineffective and has been requiring me to pay the total amount instead of just the price adjustment. It's almost 3months and despite continous follow up via email/chat and even sending successful GCash e-payment reference. I am still required to pay for the entire amount. Customer Service really sucks! They don't even have customer service hotline for this.
