These platforms offer responsive design, ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers. They also provide built-in accessibility features, such as screen reader support and closed captioning, making it easier to create inclusive learning experiences. Cloud-based deployment options ensure scalability and reliability, while robust security measures protect sensitive data. Analyzing the audience and their needs and skill gaps is crucial. I conduct interviews with learners to gain deep insights into their characteristics, prior knowledge, learning goals, and preferences. Based on this data, I create detailed learner personas that capture the essence of each learner segment. To bring these personas to life and make them more relatable for stakeholders, I love creating AI-generated video personas that visually represent each learner type. These engaging videos humanize the data and help keep the learner at the center of all design decisions. By tailoring content and delivery to the specific needs and motivations of these personas, I can create e-learning experiences that truly resonate.
