We are pleased to launch the Managing at AIA Programme (MAP), a strategic initiative designed to empower new managers with training on essential managerial mindset and critical skills as they expand their roles and responsibilities. This programme embodies our value of #BelieveInBetter and is bringing to life our commitment to employee learning and development. Our inaugural cohort of 25 managers from diverse functions has embarked on a 9-month journey to cultivate a successful and engaging leadership approach, through learning a wide range of related topics including personal branding, goal-setting, managing difficult conversation and more, with the goal of thriving together with their teams. A key part of MAP is to learn first-hand from various AIA leaders.
