Customer-centricity is at the core of everything we do at Jardine Restaurant Group (#JRG). As part of the comprehensive orientation programme, our dedicated team attends in-store training. Recently, our Group Finance Director Lydia Liu Dalais, CPA and Group Chief People and Culture Officer @Chung Li Lily Tang, rolled up their sleeves and completed an intensive #training programme at #KFC Hong Kong and #PizzaHut Hong Kong. During their training, both gained valuable hands-on experience in the back-of-house #operations, observing the hard work of our #restaurant team. They also had the opportunity to work alongside our #frontline restaurant team, immersing themselves in the day-to-day operations and interacting with #customers. The programme aims to promote the exchange of ideas between tertiary students, recent graduates, and businesses, and utilize the skills and knowledge learned for real-life business cases. The winning team - Naman, Anushka, Anupam and Ritika (NAAR) presented their innovative ideas as potential #green finger-licking options. They were rewarded with a trip to #Taiwan, one of our five operating markets. The KFC Hong Kong and Macao team were inspired by the #upcycling approach to product design and recipe creation that promotes #circularity in food systems for long term #sustainabledevelopment.
