Last Friday, on IDAHOBIT, our mentorship had a fantastic panel discussion on the experience of being out in the workplace. Our panel of LGBTQ+ professionals shared their personal stories and insights on creating inclusive work environments, navigating workplace challenges, and the importance of allyship. It was an empowering and enlightening conversation that highlighted both the progress that's been made, as well as the work still to be done to ensure LGBTQ+ employees feel fully accepted and supported at work. We're grateful to our host, the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Hong Kong and Macau, panelists Consul General Arjen van den Berg, Edwin Perée, Winston Goh, as well as to all the mentors and mentees who attended and participated.
