COMPLEX MEDICAL PARTS? It's our specialty. 💪   Making medical parts revolutionize health care? This case study examines how we made 20+ complex medical parts for Visionflex's ProEx using Polyurethane VACUUM CASTING and OVERMOLDING, to help people who lack direct access to advanced medical personnel and facilities. 🤩   VisionFlex needed high-quality prototypes. Our Vacuum Casting service offered a fast, cost-effective solution for low-volume production, excelling at replicating fine details for the ProEX. ⚙️ Master patterns were 3D PRINTED for flawless mold creation. COMPLEX PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDED PARTS are our specialty 💪    Making mid-volume plastic parts? This case study examines how we made complex plastic parts using Ultrason P 3010 and NAK80 tool material for Nedap Livestock Management. This part is one component of a larger assembly and will be an innovative solution for herd management. 🤩   Our team worked closely with our clients to turn their CAD design into a plastic injection mold tool and then a finished part that exceeded their expectations. ⚙️ Our Design for Manufacturing review identified areas of the CAD model that could cause molding defects, so that’s always our priority to address. We also find that at this level of detail we can offer the customer opportunities to make minor improvements that they may have overlooked, so now is a great time to implement them. We used Moldflow to analyze draft angles, parting lines, wall thickness and surface finishes.
