32 years of financial service career spans asset & wealth management and capital markets including digital asset focused IDEG Asset Management, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs & Bankers Trust. Previously established both the wealth management business and also an alternatives focused fund management business at HKEx list SHK & Co. Founded Lotus Asset Managements, with focus on private equity and alternative investments. Start-up investor and Fintech advisor at HK X-Tech and Beyond Ventures.

From 2004-2012, I was Chairman of AIMA Hong Kong, the global hedge fund trade association. My HKSAR government appointments includes the SFC Advisory Committee from 2007-2009 and Financial Services Development Council (FSDC) from 2013-2019.

We fund pilot projects/new services and long-term strategic initiatives. We will also support projects that fill service gaps and address specific social needs. Our funding may cover recurrent, programme, or, exceptionally, capital costs.
