With over 11 years in managing digital products and transformation, I am a visionary, collaborative leader who thrives in helping companies elevate the delivery of high-impact products to their clients. Whether it’s leading cross-functional teams across countries in building and shipping a new platform, partnering clients to co-create synergistic payment offerings, or devising novel GTM strategies to grow product revenue and mindshare, I am most happy when building strong products and experiences that delight clients and maximize impact.
After 9 exciting years leading Citi's digital transformation agenda for its commercial banking business across APAC, I now manage Citi's digital platforms for Hong Kong and Macau - where I am focused on elevating digital payments and our award-winning suite of cash, loan, trade, and connectivity solutions. I am particularly passionate about the merger of new fintech developments with the latest client needs, and am constantly exploring novel ways to apply new technologies to old problems.
Outside of work, I've been involved in crypto and Web3 since 2017 and am deep in the rabbit hole of DeFi. Right now, I'm working with communities to explore the applications of blockchain and Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) to transform payment settlement at the sovereign and institutional levels. #degeninasuit
