I possess extensive experience in building, leading, mentoring and coaching successful, high performing Digital Product Design teams with a specific focus on Digital Strategy, Innovation and Experience Design. I am well versed in the design and development of both consumer and enterprise digital solutions across a variety of different touchpoints, platforms and brands. I have experience working, and applying design processes, in Waterfall, Agile and Scaled agile environments

I thrive on identifying the changing behaviours and needs of users through customer research techniques and practices to surface opportunities for new and improved customer experiences. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and navigating complex environments to deliver best in market digital products that drive both customer and business outcomes is where I excel
