“I had the good fortune to work with Raymond for more than three years in China when we were both assigned by ArcelorMittal to work at Hunan Valin Steel Co., of which ArcelorMittal was a major shareholder. I was the technology representative and Raymond was responsible for marketing and sales of Hunan Valin. During this time I found Raymond to be very knowledgeable, cooperative and very much team oriented. We frequently discussed customer support topics and worked together to develop solutions to all issues. He also often came up with innovative ideas to support Valin's customers while at the same time satisfying the commercial targets of ArcelorMittal.
