Manage day-to-day policy administration activities independently, ensure smooth and effective operational service supports to internal and external customers, primarily of bancassurance portfolio
Handle policy documents within turnaround time as per underwriting instructions
Achieve high accuracy and turnaround time on defined service level agreement for regular reporting
Update manuals and workflow documents on system operations, procedures, customer service standards and various operational requirements regularly
Participate in user acceptance test (UAT) on new or enhanced technology solutions
Other job-related tasks assigned by Operations Supervisor and Manager
Qualifications
Associate Degree/Diploma or above in any discipline
At least 1 year policy administration and servicing in insurance industry is an advantage and preferred in General Insurance or Banking Industry, also welcome fresh graduate
Conscientious, with strong sense of accuracy and quality delivery
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
Highly PC literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
