From my experience, when conducting telephone interviews to gather industry information, it's beneficial to inform participants that they will receive a summary of the results. This can be a motivating factor, especially considering that participants are often busy. Regarding secondary research, a highly effective strategy is to identify specific potential sources in advance. This ensures you fully utilize the available resources.
