The MOKO furniture, designed in collaboration with Anna Cserba in the framework of the WORTH Partnership Project, is finally finished. The project’s aim is to encourage people to slow down in a natural home environment. We employ the design methodology "less is more" by reducing upholstery and using coconut fibers to show the beauty of raw material, with a focus on circular economy. Exceptional build quality and exquisite wood materials were a must, as we wanted the BRUNO desk to remain multi-generational. Sustainability, cradle-to-cradle design approach were held up all throughout the design and production phases. Some parts of the collection were done using recycled wood. As part of the BALKON furniture collection, I made this stool, which is very practical in small spaces.
