Business Analyst for Planisware

Responsibilities

Make an impact

• Understand and capture business requirements (user stories) in the area of capacity and resource planning for successful project delivery,
• design and steer a meaningful way how to implement expected functionality in the PPM solution,
• transform user stories into functional configuration and/or customization in the Planisware application,
• coordinate development/coding via 3rd party if applicable,
• test, document and coordinate UATs for the requested functionality with business leaders / key users,
• assist to move functionality to production,
• manage close collaboration with developers and 3rd party consultants to implement expected results based on defined work packages.
  
  

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in business management/ data science or equivalent,
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in above fields,
• strong analytical skills, interpreting data-focused strategies,
• understanding of configuration and customization Application possibilities,
• IT and application manager understanding (MCSE),
• solid understanding of PPM solution (e.g. Planisware),
• experience in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, ao.),
• understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology,
• fluent in English written and spoken.
