This website will allow you to file and manage PCC applications and purchase Cab Cards for a Motor Carrier.
To access this website, you must have an Illinois Public Account.
The following are instructions for registering or managing your existing Illinois Public Account
If you already have an existing ILCC #, you will need to also fill out an External User Account form with the ICC. You will need to have your login ID from your Illinois Public Account to complete the form. Follow the instructions above for information on your Illinois Public Account. Once you have filled out the External User Account Form, please email to the address on the form. Once your account is activated the ICC will notify you and you can return to this website to login.
If you currently do not have an existing ILCC #, you do not need to fill out the external user account form. You will still need an Illinois Public account.
