    We have officially introduced GoTo AI, a long-term roadmap through which we will develop and embed the latest AI technology throughout the GoTo ecosystem. AI will help us create many new benefits for our users, leveraged across three key areas - building a more seamless and convenient user experience, strengthening safety across platforms, and enhancing AI capacity and capabilities across GoTo. As part of this program, we recently launched “Dira by GoTo AI”, the first ever AI-enabled fintech voice assistant in Bahasa Indonesia. Dira is currently available to a limited number of users on the GoPay app, enabling greater simplicity and accessibility by allowing them to perform the same tasks with fewer steps and to navigate the app with greater ease. This is just the start, as our brilliant engineering team works to expand the use of AI across our ecosystem.     We recently launched a new menu curation feature, GoFood PAS, which will provide consumers with greater value while supporting MSMEs in Indonesia. A first in Indonesia’s food delivery industry, GoFood PAS allows consumers to access curated menus at a fixed and affordable price. This will provide consumers with a wider variety of options at an economical price. The millions of local culinary MSME partners on GoFood will also benefit from the creation of new income opportunities, enabling them to grow and succeed together with everyone in the GoTo ecosystem.

    Over the past year, GoTo has been focusing on expanding our total addressable market by reaching out to a wider range of consumers. We want to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of different types of consumers, and this is also why we recently launched our new subscription program, Gojek PLUS. With Gojek PLUS, consumers can gain access to discounts on all Gojek services, including our on-demand transport and food delivery services. This will provide them with greater value when they use our services, in turn creating more income-earning opportunities for our partners and driving continued growth for our business.     Last year marked a year of transformative change for GoTo, with everyone in the company focusing on enabling our business to grow sustainably over the long-term. As a result, across 2023, we made great progress towards our Three Zeros commitments, reducing our emissions by 11% and quadrupling our electric vehicle fleet. In addition, we launched the GoPay app, providing better access to financial technology and services to millions of Indonesians. Yet we cannot rest on our laurels. There is still a lot of work to be done to ensure that we can continue reducing our emissions, repurposing waste, and removing barriers to inclusion across our ecosystem.     Last week, Gojek officially launched its multi-modal transport solution, GoTransit, in Solo and Jogja. By using GoTransit, consumers in Solo and Jogja can now book a multi-modal trip in a single transaction, with GoRide serving as the first and last mile and the KRL train line serving as the middle mile. The expansion of GoTransit is part of our ongoing efforts to provide innovative and affordable products to our users, as we look to expand our reach to a wider segment of consumers. Solo and Jogja are popular tourist destinations and GoTransit will enable us to provide visitors with a convenient and seamless mode of transport, while expanding usage of our services among Indonesians in more cities.

    Today, Gojek Singapore announced the launch of its partnership with Singapore’s largest taxi operator, ComfortDelGro Taxi - a move that will significantly enhance reliability for Gojek users, while boosting demand on the Gojek platform. Under the partnership, a cross-dispatch model will be introduced, allowing jobs from either platform that are not taken up, to be sent to the other platform. This is a win-win for everyone as there will be more jobs available for driver-partners, while consumers will enjoy improved reliability and reduced waiting times. The first phase of the partnership will start on 29 April 2024, with unfulfilled Gojek rides booked via the GoCar service made available for fulfillment by ComfortDelGro Taxi drivers.     Today, we announced that Tokopedia and TikTok Shop Indonesia’s businesses have officially been combined under the PT Tokopedia entity. This marks a major milestone for GoTo, Tokopedia and TikTok Shop, as the enlarged entity will be able to supercharge growth for Indonesia’s MSMEs and digital economy, benefitting millions of people. We also shared a significant update on GoTo’s path to profitability today. We achieved positive Adjusted EBITDA for the whole of Q4, exceeding our guidance, and demonstrating our strong progress in building a sustainable and profitable business. With our profitability and cash flow continuing to improve, we will also optimize our capital usage in line with a newly developed capital allocation plan, which may include a share buyback initiative. Looking ahead, we remain incredibly excited for the future and the possibilities that we can explore with Tokopedia and TikTok Shop. We look forward to working closely with the enlarged entity to leverage our respective strengths and transform Indonesia’s e-commerce sector.
