Adra is a hard worker who always give his best to achieve every goal he has set and he has a high sense of curiosity because he has the idea that learning will never ends. Adra has great interest in people and organizations. For him, human are the main asset in an organization, so he passionately learn more about people development so he can see the dynamics that occur in an organization. His interest in this field has existed since he studied at Universitas Padjadjaran.

He had several experiences in leading projects and managing organizations and projects related to human resources. Currently, Adra continues to deepen his knowledge about Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, HRBP, People Development, People Management, Training and Development, and Employer Branding. A detail-oriented, adaptable, able to work as a team, and people-oriented individual who is open to job opportunities.
