Tentang

Brings more than 20 years of experience in three following major areas: (1) program management and program design; (2) technical expertise in Strategic Behavior Change Communication/Behavior Change Intervention/Social and Behavior Change Communication; (3) research. Along with technical expertise, her research themes center on health-related behaviors, and health-seeking behaviors, and currently involved in designing Social and Behavior Change Communication Strategies for TB Preventive Treatment. Part of her work has been documented in several published articles. In Program Management and Program Design, she implements and manages donor-funded health development programs including sexual and reproductive health, HIV, and family planning. Expertise in managing relationships with government, donors, and actors in development. Various experience with funding and implementing agencies including Global Fund, UNFPA, USODC, USAID, Canada, Results in Health, Nutrition International, WHO, Palladium, Chemonics International, HIVOS, Rutgers, and Church World Services. Collaboration with universities, a wide range of civil society and NGO networks span the archipelago including women’s organizations, sexual and reproductive health, and HIV/AIDS NGOs.
