Being a leader of 8 PPIC across 6 manufacturing and Filling Packing sites, Manage, guide and develop all Supply Chain functions at plant in order to meet production and business needs with high performance levels and at optimized costs.

Ensure:
 Creating rolling demand plan for both volume and value and working closely with the team to drive fulfilment
 Managing complex data and business analysis to develop short, medium- and long-term forecasts for the company relating to P&L and inventory
 Supporting the plan with statistical projections, promotional activities/factors, initiative plans, alternative scenarios and the product lifecycle management
 Lead weekly operation meetings with all stakeholders as required
 Supporting and initiating initiatives to continually improve processes, inventory levels, performance and to optimize operational costs through all stages of the supply chain process
 Helping to improve forecast accuracy KPIs
 Liaising closely and communicating the forecast plans with different internal functions including marketing, sourcing, purchasing, inventory controller, warehouse production, rest of supply chain and leadership team to drive continuous improvement.
 Manage PPIC to do good organizing for the Detailed Production Scheduling with consistently delivering achievable plans for both manufacturing and filling/packaging operations within given Master Production Schedule, whilst minimizing production costs.
 Drives Material Management Planning to ensure raw & packaging material available on time and quality at best overall costs for seamless manufacturing;
 Drives PPIC in order able to co-ordinates with suppliers of raw and packaging materials for maintaining service levels while constantly seeking improvement possibilities.

• Organize, directs and supervises storage of finished goods, raw/packing materials, and dispatching finished goods, in the correct items, quantity and right time as mentioned on the documents
• Monitor Daily & weekly production achievement
• Ensure that storage and transport are made in the most economics way and according to instructions

• Monitor Daily & weekly production achievement

• Apply FEFO to all goods stored
• Carries out all necessary controls to have an accurate stock at all the time, for all the goods stored in the warehouse
• Establishing budgets and costs estimates affecting warehousing and transport expenditure
• To give guideline/direction to Material Coordinator regarding the schedule/plan material requirement for covering monthly/weekly production program to avoid any shortage/excess material
• Minimize working capital of raw and packaging material
• Minimize write off material due to changing formula, aging time
• Plan, coordinate, control & drive production planning at Factory to get available finished goods in due time & most reasonable stock for covering market sales in the most efficient & minimum operation cost with taking into account : proposal figures planning from HO-Planner, available capacity, raw/pack material readiness & available crews, etc
• Strictly comply to all internal and external Safety, Health and Environment regulations and / or requirements
