The aim of this study is to analyze entrepreneurship, innovation and customer satisfaction in the logistics service providers within PT Puninar Jaya, a logistics company in Indonesia. The result showed that in the context of logistics service providers, entrepreneurship has a positive effect on the creation of innovation and increase customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, it is alarming to see that innovations in logistics service providers have no effect on customer satisfaction. This result might be indicates an innovation trap, that is value created from innovation is not perceived by customers to be useful. This study suggest managers who deals in logistics companies to encourage entrepreneurship within company and consider the needs of customers by collaborate with customers in creating innovation in order to provide the best service for customers so that they can increase customer satisfaction. This research is using natural isotopes: deuterium, oxygen-18 and carbon-13 in water to determine groundwater flow pattern in Umbul Pelem spring, Tulung district, Klaten, Central Java. The origin of groundwater sample comes from Umbul Pelem spring and recharge areas spread between Umbul Pelem and Mount Merapi, whcih ae Malangan, Tambak, Giling, Sodong and Ringinlarik. Stable natural isotope carbon-13 is used to determine whether the water in those area are in the same media. Furthermore deuterium and oxygen-18, both are stable isotopes, are used to know whether the water in recharge area has the same genesis with the spring.

The analysis of carbon-13 shows that the content of carbon-13 in research areas falls on the same line, so the preliminary conclusion is that the groundwater in those areas comes from the same media.Meanwhile the analysis of deuterium and oxygen-18 indicates that Sodong and Ringinlarik recharge areas have similiar genesis with the spring, so the conclusion is that the water from Umbul Pelem spring (altitude of 213 m) is coming from Sodong (585 m) and RInginlarik (651 m) recharge areas. Besides, by examining the content of deuterium and oxygen-18 spreaded in those areas and then a graphic is made to compare it to the Global Meteoric Water Line (GMWL), it can be show that the water was evaporated and has relatively low humidity in comparison to GMWL Lihat lebih sedikit
