Have served more than 29 years of work experience as Construction Supervisor Piping,Mechanical,Structural and QA/QC Inspector in the field of fabrication,erection and welding activities, various projects in oil & gas and chemical process, facilities, erection of storage tanks,pressure vessel and piping

Also performed static equipment erection and structural in Oil and Gas, Shipbuilding, Hull Structure Construction and Piping System of FPSO/FPU/FSO Vessels, Platform, Refinery and other related industries covering constructions,fabrication and installation of piping systems / structures / pipeline

Posses good technical knowledge in conducting QA/QC Inspection such as: Welding, Material/equipment verification and installation inspection Non Destructive Test Inspection & Interpretation ( UT, MPT, LPT & RT ) Hydrotest Pneumatic Test, leak test & flushing Inspection

Familiar with most construction codes & standards such as: ASME VIII, ASME IX, ASME V, ASME B31.3 API 1104, API 650, AWS D1.1, ASTM, etc

Knowledge in implementing Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2000. Having attended numerous numbers of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Induction and Awareness programs throughout the construction of Oil & Gas projects

Acquired Understanding and knowledge as requirement in implementing the project Quality management System successfully and safely. Knowledge in preparing Job Safety/Hazard Analysis (JSA)

Ensure availability of inspection tolls and equipments, access facility to carry-out inspection and other related requirements for the completion of the project

Work independently under pressure and adoptable with multinational personnel at all level
