Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Capital Manager located in Surabaya. The Human Capital Manager will be responsible for various HR management tasks, including human capital management and overseeing the human resources department. They will utilize their analytical skills to assess and improve HR processes.
Qualifications

Experience in managing human resources
Analytical skills to assess HR processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
