Have you heard of The Shona Project Safe Bathroom Challenge? 🙌   The challenge is inspired by The Shona Project founder and CEO Tammy Darcy’s own experiences hiding in the toilets of her school from her bully, and stories from the young girls The Shona Project have spoken to that have admitted that they do the same. The Safe Bathroom Challenge is a direct response to these stories, and aims to turn school bathrooms into more positive spaces. The goal is to give young girls ownership over “re-branding” the bathrooms as safe havens where they check in with each other, offer encouragement and reinforce the Shona message. 💪 Recently featured in Image Magazine as part of their partnership with the Shona team, we love the strong message behind such a beautiful initiative that every school around the country can take part in for free! Want to join the safe bathroom challenge? Head over to The Shona Project website for more info. It’s such a privilege to work pro bono with the Shona team, who are inspirational pillars for young girls and women around the country! #AndSmyth #TheShonaProject #TSP #CreativeCommunications

  • Client spotlight ✨ We’ve loved working with our client Oriel Marine Extracts on their summer campaign to promote their Deep Sea Liquid Magnesium Sleep drops. From strategic advertising, a social giveaway, to content creation and co-ordinating a product drop, we have been able to highlight Oriel as a fantastic Irish brand and grow awareness of their premium magnesium. 🙌   Oriel’s magnesium is organically and sustainably harvested off the cost of Port Oriel, county Louth. Their commitment to a fully bio-available product means that the company boasts a 100% pure magnesium enriched with essential trace minerals. Oriel is fast-acting, working its way into the bloodstream as quickly as 30 minutes after ingesting, and contains no filler or additives. 💧   Oriel’s magnesium works with melatonin, the sleep hormone, and can help regulate cortisol, helping to calm the mind and reduce anxiety to allow sleep naturally.  It promotes GABA, a neurotransmitter with calming effects, fostering a relaxed state conducive to longer, deeper sleep.💤   Want to learn more?
