Padel, Peaks and Paddy Power 🏓 ⛰️ Last week, colleagues across the PP Online team, took part in either playing Padel or hiking at Glendalough to celebrate all their hard work undertaken during the Euros. Whilst the hikers braved the rain and took in view - the Padel court saw the Flutter UK & Ireland Grads taking home the bragging rights as champions of the game. The highlight of the day though, came as the team got the news that our own Kevin Voakes had won the Flutter UK & Ireland Values Award for 'Change The Game' ⚡ Kevin has gone above and beyond in his role as Senior Performance Analyst. Providing vital insights and unpicking complex information that contributed massively toward the success of the launch of Paddy's Super Sub. Ahead of England’s first game, we took over a Boeing 737 and flew fans and our Paddy Power Shootout competition winners over to Germany for a trip and experience they’ll never forget. And what flight experience would be complete without a brass-band playing all the England classics, no baggage restrictions (unless it’s the emotional kind) and a pub quiz at 32,000 feet. Paddy Power Shootout ⚽ 💫 When it comes to making memorable moments, we're top of the league! The BIG 180 Campaign is still on its winning streak as Paddy Power scoop the Gold award for Social Purpose at The Drum Awards 2024 🥇 This is an incredible achievement, all made possible by the efforts of our hard-working colleagues and our partnership with Prostate Cancer UK. The real win is of course that the message behind this campaign is still going! 🙌 Off the back of this campaign, 136,000 men were encouraged to check their prostate cancer risk on PCUK's website with 7 in 10 of those finding themselves to be high risk - and a massive 22,000 going on to visit their GP. We continue to be SO proud of this campaign and will enjoy celebrating it's success each time we get the opportunity!
