Job Opportunities: Sales Representative and Sales Manager Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in the United Kingdom, Europe, or the United States) About Us: Total Aircraft Support (Ireland) Limited is a provider of commercial engine and aircraft parts. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to airlines, MROs, and parts suppliers worldwide. We are expanding our team and seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join us. Position Overview: We are looking for highly motivated professionals with at least 3 years of experience in the aviation industry, specifically in commercial engine and aircraft parts sales. The ideal candidates will be self-driven, possess a proven track record of sales results, and be capable of managing the sales process from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to final transaction. - Material Requests: Respond to and fulfill material requests promptly and accurately. - Stock Identification: Proactively identify stock for purchase to meet customer demands. - Relationship Building: Maintain and establish strong business relationships with airlines, MROs, and parts suppliers. - Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits to clients and suppliers as necessary. - Trade Shows: Attend and represent the Company at exhibitions and trade shows to promote our products and services. Additional Responsibilities: - Achieve growth and sales targets as set by the Company. - Respond to incoming emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner. - Generate new sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively. - Proactively address customer requirements and provide solutions. - Process relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently. - Perform other general administration tasks as required. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Experience using Quantum software (preferred but not essential). - Proven track record of successful sales in the aviation industry. - Strong self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
