Over a decade of experience working with Irish and international brands and rightsholders helping them to unlock the power of strategic partnerships and sponsorship.
Most recently guided the team to be named European Sponsorship Agency of the year (2021 & 2022) and drove significant growth in our client base, team members and turnover through the pandemic.
I have learnt that the Irish sponsorship industry is among the most sophisticated and advanced in the world and that our people are some of the brightest, hardest working and most talented.
My day job consists of:
- Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of 15
- Managing complex, large scale and high budget campaigns
- Introducing brands to sponsorship using research, insight and a clear understanding of their business objectives
- Development and implementation of award winning through the line activation campaigns
- Proving the success of sponsorship through development of robust measurement and evaluation frameworks
- Assisting right-holders to structure their assets and build market ready propositions
- Strategic communications for brands and sporting organisations
