About
Having worked as both a paid employee and in a volunteer capacity, I consider myself an enthusiastic and pro active person, who works well both individually and as part of a team. I have well developed skills in Employment Law practices, HR practices, customer relations, communication and problem-solving. I have proven myself to be a quick learner who contributes effectively and efficiently within the various settings in which I have worked. Through my work as a volunteer I have developed my leadership skills in supporting others to develop their own skills.
I have previously worked in Peninsula Business Services, firstly as a Graduate Employment Law advisor and then as a HR documentation consultant. I have gained extensive knowledge of Irish Employment law through these roles. Day to day, I would advise clients on simple and complex HR issues either regarding staff or employee documentation.
I am currently working as a HR Manager with Atlas Language School. Here I am running the HR function and working alongside other Managers to ensure we adhere to legislation and best practices in all departments.
