We are thrilled to announce an exciting public artwork collaboration with National College of Art & Design and St. Catherine's National School. We unveiled a vibrant public art installation on Monday April 29th, at our Player Wills development on South Circular Road. The artwork was created by talented young artists at St Catherine’s School in Dublin 8. NCAD illustration alumni Jennifer Mongey Balfe and Brandon O’Rourke led workshops with 5th and 6th class pupils from St. Catherine’s. The children produced delightful line drawings inspired by their local community. These drawings were then transformed into eight vibrant artworks by Jennifer and Brandon. The colourful pieces were installed on hoardings to create an outdoor gallery, introducing collective creativity to the local community. Join us in celebrating the winning team of the 2024 ULI Europe Hines Student Competition from ESSEC Business School in Paris! 🏆 Congratulations Solène María Lelarge, Rachit Agrawal, Louis Fauvin and Anvi Singh, whose cohesive regeneration proposal focused on reinvigorating the performing arts legacy of London’s West End earned them first place! Their project demonstrated how open space and flexible living could change the immediate surroundings of our European Headquarters in Covent Garden, offering creative and detailed ideas to enhance social and cultural integration. The Hines Ireland team celebrated International Women's Day by channeling their inner artist in a women led art workshop! The team created a woman in history on canvas and posed in this year's #InspireInclusion theme recognising the achievements and contributions of our female colleagues. As part of our commitment to IWD, Hines Ireland and Our OneHines Women’s Network (OHWN) donated to Women’s Aid who support women who have been victim to domestic abuse here in Ireland.
