Hot take: if you have an AI team in your company, you’re doing it wrong.  An AI group is actually “a great way to slow down your company,” says Eden Shochat in his latest Partner Perspective. These teams usually focus on what’s interesting or challenging to them, like supply-demand matching, instead of actually solving business problems quickly.
