Yesterday, Quantum Hub hosted a truly inspiring session as part of our Enrichment Academy program. This initiative offers senior managers a unique opportunity for continuous learning, collaboration, and personal development. Through curated sessions, participants engage with esteemed guest speakers and industry experts who share insights on diverse topics, from emerging technologies to leadership strategies. This time, we had the privilege of hosting Eran Ortal Brigadier General IDF (Ret.), a renowned military theorist. His presentation on Israel's strategy and the "30 years long war" concept resonated deeply with our participants. We learned about the importance of constant self-development to stay relevant and adapting strategies to address evolving challenges. This principle is essential not only in the military realm but also in the business landscape, where adapting to constant change is crucial. It was a thought-provoking discussion that encouraged us all to embrace change and strive for continuous improvement. Yesterday, Quantum Hub had the pleasure of hosting a Robotics Enrichment Day alongside our esteemed partners, BAZAN Group Oil Refineries Ltd and Bnnovation - Bazan Innovation. The event was an incredible opportunity to dive deep into the latest advancements in the robotics field. The world of robotics is experiencing major breakthroughs, creating new opportunities that were considered impossible just a few years ago. Staying up-to-date with these technologies is crucial for leveraging their potential within our partners. During this day, Bazan’s innovation teams had the privilege of hearing from Dror Ben David, a leading expert in robotics and AI with several decades of professional expertise in the defense and civil industries. He shared his insights and knowledge about the integration of robots with LLM & AI, thank you Dror for an inspiring lecture.  In addition, four leading Israeli startups in the robotics field presented their cutting-edge technologies: Deep Learning Robotics - Carlos Benaim: Developing a vision-based robotic controller that uses advanced machine-learning algorithms to enable robots to learn and replicate tasks by observing humans performing them. Mentee Robotics - Lior Wolf: Building humanoid robots capable of performing complex tasks using the latest AI tools. Apeiro Motion - Netzer Hertz: Specializing in robotic systems and solutions, and offering high-capability robots at low costs to address various challenges. Robotican - Ofir Bustan: Developing robotic technologies and autonomous solutions, which provide a wide range of custom-made aerial and ground autonomous mobile platforms as well as ROS algorithm solutions. Yesterday’s event has sparked the beginning of many great collaborations and innovative projects for Bazan within the robotics industry.
