Exciting Workshop Recap at the Sonic Labs. Danny Glushenkov and I had an incredible time at our recent Sonic Labs workshops, diving deep into essential topics for startup success. -> Pricing Workshop: We explored strategies to set the right price for our products and services, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue. The session emphasized the importance of understanding customer behavior and tailoring pricing models to fit market demands. -> Lifetime Value (LTV) and Cost of Customer Acquisition (COCA): This workshop focused on calculating and optimizing the cost of acquiring new customers. We learned practical approaches to balance COCA and LTV, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability by enhancing customer retention and maximizing their value over time. A big thank you to our enthusiastic participants for making these sessions engaging and insightful. Therefore, it was clear to us that Sonic Labs would emphasise these topics by devoting the time to learning, discussing and sharing experiences. It’s a long journey to really grasp and implement those topics into the daily life of a company - we look forward to seeing our companies continue to move forward and thrive.
