#DoubleTrouble With the single-use bronchosopes slowly becoming a mainstay in the interventional pulmonology units, they are showing more and more versatility and flexibility in terms of perfoming complexes cases. In this case we had a 63yr old patient with an exophytic tumor of the right main Bronchus. Using a pair of Ambu aScope 5 single-use bronchosopes and a 1,7mm cryoprobe, we were able to perform a tandem debulking (1st scope for cryo-extraction and 2nd scope for bleeding management) with ease due to the new system allowing simultaneous use of multiple scopes in the split screen mode. This allowed ease of extraction due to the seperation of the endoscopist roles. Extended haemostasis was achieved with the application of APC. Langsam werden die Einweg-Bronchoskope zu einem festen Bestandteil der interventionellen Pneumologie und sie zeigen immer mehr Vielseitigkeit und Flexibilität bei der Behandlung von komplexen Fällen. In diesem Fall hatten wir eine 63-jährige Patientin mit einem exophytischen Tumor des rechten Hauptbronchus. Mit einem Paar Ambu aScope 5 Einweg-Bronchoskopen und eine 1,7mm Kryosonde konnten wir problemlos ein Tandem-Debulking durchführen (Kryo-Extraktion mit dem ersten Bronchoskop und Blutungsstillung mit dem zweiten), da das neue System die gleichzeitige Verwendung mehrerer Sonde im Split-Screen-Modus ermöglicht. Dies erleichterte die Extraktion aufgrund der Trennung der Augabe des Endoskopikers.
